Accelerated Success Network, INC. doing business as Financial Readiness Workshop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. Donation Information: All of our donation processing systems adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of debit/credit card information by our service providers. We do not directly store or transmit any debit/credit card information. We maintain a log of donors that include name and donation amount for record keeping. We have access to the billing information you provide but only use it to protect against fraud or contact you in reference to a refund or error processing. Our service providers only use your information to process your donation; they do not share or sell your information.

If we invite you to complete a survey or provide feedback, participation is always optional, and you may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
You can select your preferred communication channels (e.g., e-mail, SMS/Text) when you provide your information.

5. Your Choices and Opt-Out:

You can manage your communication preferences and opt-out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
You can opt-out of text messages by replying STOP to any message (or text STOP to 1-866-750-7526).
You can opt-out or request the deletion of all of your information at anytime by using our Contact Us form
You can request a copy or to access, modify, restrict, or delete any of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@financialreadinessworkshop.org. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request.
To protect your privacy and security, we may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will not require you to create a new account to submit an opt out request; however, if you already have an existing account with us, we may ask you to sign in to that existing account or e-mail us from your currently active or previously registered account e-mail address.
Requests for opt-out or data deletion will be processed and confirmed within fourteen (14) business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your opt-out is processed. Please note that in rare circumstances, such as legal inquiries, data deletion might take longer. We will keep you informed of any such delays.

6. Data Retention:

At the termination of services, the client will have the option to have all or partial data deleted or retained for one year to facilitate repeat or future services.
We will retain your personal and financial information for one year after termination of services, unless requested sooner. You can request to delete any of your personal information at any time.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal requirements.
Requests for data deletion will be processed and confirmed within fourteen (14) business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted from our systems. Please note that in rare circumstances, such as legal inquiries, data deletion might take longer. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
We may retain aggregated and non-identifiable information (such as aggregated survey results and website analytics) for longer periods because it does not identify you.
